What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. Sjögren’s disease is a chronic autoimmune condition with significant unmet need and no approved disease-modifying therapies. As Sr. Manager, U.S. Marketing Strategic Planning & Operations, you will be at the center of preparing the U.S. organization for the dazodalibep launch, one of Amgen’s important upcoming Rare Disease launches. You will help turn an ambitious strategy into aligned priorities, clear plans, and disciplined execution across the brand team.

This role is an opportunity to shape how a launch team plans, makes decisions, measures progress, and learns. You will bring structure to complex work, keep leaders and cross-functional partners aligned, and make the brand priorities and story simple and compelling—both verbally and visually—so teams understand what matters and how to act.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner with the U.S. Launch Lead and leadership team to translate brand strategy into focused priorities, objectives, milestones, and clear communication across the organization.

· Partner with Finance and Marketing to forecast and track brand budgets, identify trade-offs, and ensure investment choices align with launch priorities and broader business direction.

· Maintain an integrated annual brand calendar and coordinate major planning milestones, including sales meetings and other launch-critical forums with internal teams and external partners.

· Creating effective feedback loops across Sales, Marketing, and other functions so field needs and insights inform planning and teams stay connected to the latest priorities.

· Support team culture through thoughtful internal communications, recognition, and engagement that strengthen connection and shared accountability.
