At Amgen, if you feel like you are a part of something bigger, it’s because you are. Our shared mission—to serve patients living with serious illnesses—drives all that we do.

Since 1980, we have helped pioneer the world of biotech in our fight against the world’s toughest diseases. As a member of the Amgen team, you will help make a lasting impact on the lives of patients as we research, manufacture, and deliver innovative medicines to help people live longer, fuller happier lives.

Our award-winning culture is collaborative, innovative, and science based. If you have a passion for challenges and the opportunities that lie within them, you will thrive as part of the Amgen team. Join us and transform the lives of patients while transforming your career.

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. Sjögren’s disease is a chronic autoimmune condition with significant unmet need and no approved disease-modifying therapies. As Director, U.S. Consumer Marketing, you will shape how patients and caregivers understand the disease and engage with their care. You will lead consumer strategy for dazodalibep, one of Amgen’s important upcoming Rare Disease launches, building awareness and helping patients take informed next steps—from recognizing the impact of Sjögren’s to having meaningful conversations with their healthcare providers.

This is an opportunity to build a consumer marketing program for a new category, connect patient needs with the broader brand strategy, and help drive launch impact. You will lead integrated campaigns and patient touchpoints across channels, build and develop a high-performing team, and work closely with HCP Marketing, Patient Advocacy, Medical, Market Access, and other partners to create a connected experience for patients and caregivers. This individual will have deep patient marketing experience and brand launch experience.
