ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer Commercial Oncology is introducing the world to the next era of cancer care. With a growing portfolio of novel therapies, industry-leading R&D, and a goal of delivering eight breakthroughs by 2030 across major cancer types, we're translating cutting-edge science into market-shaping impact. Here, you'll partner with exceptional colleagues across scientific, medical, and manufacturing teams, backed by advanced digital and AI-enabled infrastructure and the authority to accelerate medicines from discovery to delivery. Guided by our values of courage, excellence, equity, and joy, you'll have the opportunity to stretch your skills and build a career that evolves with you—across teams, roles, and the Pfizer enterprise. Join us to make history — for patients, for their families, for the future.

Every 24 seconds, someone in the world is diagnosed with blood cancer. Despite recent advances, there remain significant unmet needs for patients. With over a decade of experience in Hematology-Oncology at Pfizer, our impact is driven by our science. Our blood cancer medicines span our three core scientific modalities: Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), IO biologics including bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) and Small Molecules. There are three major blood cancer types, and Pfizer has treatments within each including Lymphoma, Myeloma, and Leukemia. Currently in the US, Pfizer has six hematologic medicines across its broad portfolio, bringing hope and relief to thousands of people suffering from blood cancers globally. Over the last decade, we’ve made strides in blood cancers, but our work in Hematology is far from finished.

It is an especially exciting time to join US ELREXFIO as we optimize the TCE indication across peer-to-peer channels, and prepare for the next indication in a constantly evolving competitive market.

The US ELREXFIO Director, P2P and Field Engagement Strategy Lead will lead the strategy and execution of how ELREXFIO connects with hematologists and oncologists through peer voices, congress presence, and field-ready content. This role owns peer-to-peer programs and congress strategy end to end, shapes how our KOL and speaker approach evolves for the earlier-line launch, and turns new data and advisory insights into the clinical resources, messaging, and materials that Sales uses with customers. It also leads field engagement strategy, putting P2P and clinical strategy into practice with Sales and bringing timely field insights back into our plans. This role also partners with HCP and Launch Leads to generate fresh insights through formats like KOL exchanges and advisory boards.

This position requires strategic thinking and prioritization, close partnership with Sales, Medical, Global counterparts, and agency partners, and a willingness to try new formats and see them through. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong communication, sound judgment on where to invest time and budget, careful execution through review and compliance, and a track record of building trust across teams and delivering results. This position reports to the HCP Team Lead.
