  • Priority planning and focus: Translate leadership priorities into integrated quarterly and rolling 3-, 6-, 9- and 12-month plans. Sequence the highest-value activities, clarify ownership and identify resource recommendations.
  • Team performance and accountability: Establish the operating cadence and dashboards used to track commitments, outcomes, dependencies and risks. Surface trade-offs early and drive follow-through, escalation and corrective action.
  • Cross-functional leadership alignment: Represent Corporate Affairs in planning and leadership forums, align priorities and decision points, and resolve or escalate dependencies that could impede business-critical work.
  • Capability, AI and technology enablement: Identify capability gaps and lead an enablement roadmap that prepares the function to deliver priority work.
