Job Description

About RTC Global Health Programs

The Richard T. Clark (RTC) Fellowship for Global Health is our Company’s 14-week philanthropic leadership program that pairs small teams of cross-functional employees with nonprofit partners to expand access to health. RTC Fellows listen, consult, and co-create practical solutions for a designated project.

RTC Global Health Pathfinders is a fully virtual, skills-based companion to the Fellowship. Pathfinder teams provide part-time support to NGOs through clearly scoped, time-bound projects while employees continue in their day-to-day roles.

Together, the Fellowship and Pathfinder programs create multiple ways for employees to contribute expertise, develop as leaders, and help NGO partners advance sustainable solutions.

Role Overview:

The Specialist, Corporate Responsibility owns assigned workstreams and deliverables across the RTC Fellowship, RTC Pathfinder Program, alumni strategy, and program-related gigs. Reporting to the Director and working with two Senior Specialists, this role coordinates day-to-day program execution, makes routine operational decisions, and applies judgment to resolve straightforward participant and stakeholder needs. The Specialist independently manages routine matters and escalates higher-risk, precedent-setting, or out-of-scope issues to program leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own assigned workstreams and deliverables across the Fellowship lifecycle, including NGO and employee selection, onboarding, assignment support, reintegration, and alumni transition.
  • Manage schedules, workplans, communications, participant materials, events, records, trackers, and follow-up actions; make routine decisions regarding priorities, timelines, scheduling, and day-to-day program execution.
  • Lead the day-to-day coordination of RTC Pathfinders, including applications, matching, onboarding, virtual learning activities, project milestones, NGO communication, final presentations, and closeout.
  • Monitor Pathfinder team progress, identify and resolve straightforward operational or participant issues using established processes and judgment, and ensure timely documentation, follow-up, and handoff of project deliverables to NGO partners.
  • Contribute to the development and lead the execution of the RTC Global Health Programs Alumni Strategy and manage assigned alumni engagement workstreams, including mentoring, cohort support, learning sessions, speaking opportunities, continued NGO contributions, knowledge sharing, and community-building activities.
  • Maintain alumni communications, participation records, engagement calendars, and volunteer opportunities that strengthen connection to the RTC community.
  • Contribute to long-term measurement and storytelling by collecting examples of how alumni apply their leadership growth, contribute to the business, and continue supporting global health.
  • Analyze alumni interests and participation patterns and coordinate meaningful opportunities for alumni to contribute to future cohorts, NGO partnerships, and the continued evolution of the program.
  • Guide Fellows, Pathfinders, and alumni in translating their experiences into leadership narratives, development actions, and examples of business and global health impact.
  • Participate in the strategy, selection, and preparation of NGOs and employees (Fellows and Pathfinders) throughout each program lifecycle.
  • Draft communications, presentations, guides, and participant-facing materials for employees, managers, alumni, and NGO partners.
  • Coordinate workshops and meetings through agenda development, facilitation, logistics, action tracking, and follow-through.
  • Manage multiple program-related gigs, including the Alumni Strategy Chair and other gigs as assigned, with responsibility for coordinating deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder follow-through.
  • Maintain program data and documentation; coordinate surveys, interviews, feedback analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assess routine and non-standard stakeholder requests, clarify needs, research available options, and coordinate appropriate responses, seeking guidance when the request carries broader program, policy, reputational, or partner implications.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and independently manage routine and straightforward matters; elevate higher-risk, precedent-setting, or out-of-scope issues and decisions to program leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, talent or human resources, business, public health, global health, communications, program management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience coordinating programs, projects, employee development, nonprofit initiatives, events, or cross-functional operations.
  • Strong program coordination, organization, communication, relationship management, and follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating workshops, orientations, learning sessions, meetings, or events.
