You will also bring strong analytical instincts, directing the right analysis and interpreting the findings. This role requires a high attention to detail and an ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Overseeing end to end program execution for colleague experience initiatives across Ventures, Experience & Technology, partnering with Centers of Excellence who own curriculum and content development
  • Translating business needs and leadership priorities into clear, actionable program plans
  • Establishing and motivating cross functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and timely communication
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, ensuring proactive management of challenges that may arise
  • Facilitating regular stakeholder communication on program status, milestones, and issues
  • Managing program budgets and tracking expenses to ensure financial objectives are met while making cost effective decisions
  • Defining and tracking measures of success for each program, and incorporating lessons learned to enhance future programs
  • Building and maintaining polished executive relationships with senior technology leaders, representing Talent Strategy with credibility and confidence
  • Managing up and influencing senior stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment
  • Cultivating superior relationships across internal partners and external vendors and partners to support program delivery
  • Directing analytical work by defining the questions and data needed, then applying strong analytical thinking to interpret and act on results
  • Balancing strategic planning with hands on tactical execution

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, program management, or general business administration
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a program manager, distinct from project management, in talent management, HR, or Learning and Development
  • Demonstrated executive presence and comfort engaging with the senior most leaders in an organization
  • Proven ability to manage up and influence senior stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships
  • Superior relationship building skills, both internally across cross functional teams and externally with partners and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to direct data analysis and interpret results to inform decisions
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical, hands on execution
  • Ability to adapt to change, unforeseen challenges, and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate conflicting priorities, resolve issues, and reach mutually beneficial agreements
