What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. The Strategic Planning & Operations (SPO) Senior Manager reports to the Director, Strategy, Intelligence, & Innovation and supports planning and operations for the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Worldwide Compliance & Business Ethics (WC&BE) leadership team. The role coordinates leadership routines, planning activities, communications and cross-functional initiatives, maintaining alignment and follow-through across the organization. It works closely with WC&BE leaders and partners while supporting the CCO’s compliance and risk priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support and Leadership Cadance

Support effective CCO and WC&BE leadership routines and ensure decisions and commitments are clearly recorded and advanced.

  • Coordinate recurring CCO and WC&BE leadership meetings and planning sessions, including schedules, agendas, pre-reads, logistics, notes and action follow-up.
  • Coordinate CCO engagements and leadership forums by gathering inputs and preparing presentations, talking points and briefing materials for leadership use.
  • Maintain decision, commitment and action logs; confirm owners and due dates, support follow-through and surface overdue actions, competing requests or dependencies through established leadership channels.
  • Coordinate information flow across WC&BE teams and geographies, ensuring leaders receive complete and timely materials and sensitive information is handled appropriately.

Planning and Operational Execution

Coordinate planning and delivery activities across WC&BE in alignment with agreed goals.

  • Support annual operating planning, goal alignment and performance reviews by coordinating timelines, collecting inputs, maintaining planning materials and tracking agreed deliverables.
  • Develop work plans, milestones, ownership and status updates for WC&BE priorities; coordinate delivery across teams and enterprise partners.
  • Coordinate budget and headcount planning with Finance, budget and HR partners, including consolidating inputs and preparing planning materials.
  • Coordinate high-priority initiatives and change activities, maintain work plans, document dependencies and work across teams to address barriers and maintain progress.
  • Coordinate intake and routing of requests, assemble context and options for leadership consideration, and route competing or sensitive requests through agreed processes.

Executive and Functional Communications

Prepare clear, accurate communications and support timely information flow.

  • Develop and coordinate internal WC&BE communications, leadership updates, all-staff materials and organizational announcements for leadership review.
  • Synthesize inputs into concise summaries and presentations, distinguishing confirmed information, open questions, proposed actions and decisions required.
  • Coordinate preparation for enterprise forums and external engagements as assigned, including collecting contributions, managing review cycles and meeting deadlines.

Governance and Cross-Functional Partnership

Help maintain effective operating practices and productive relationships across WC&BE and its partners.

  • Maintain practical calendars, trackers and records that provide visibility into plans, decisions, actions and deliverables.
  • Build working relationships with WC&BE colleagues and Finance, HR, Legal, Communications and other partners to coordinate agreed work and resolve routine process issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning, meeting, communication and follow-through processes; develop recommendations and implement agreed improvements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate special projects and business learning assignments that support CCO and WC&BE priorities, clarifying objectives, partners and expected outcomes.
