  • Launch and Lifecycle Excellence: Lead medical launch readiness for new indications and combinations; optimize post-launch activities to shift standards of care and sustain clinical relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Integrate medical perspectives across Market Access, HEOR, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing; influence operational plans with clear scientific rationale and data-driven recommendations.

  • Scientific Communications and Education: Direct publication strategies, medical messaging, and congress plans; deliver concise education and training that elevate field medical and commercial capabilities.
  • Governance and Compliance: Review and approve protocols, study proposals, and publications; ensure rigorous adherence to internal governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Patient-Centric Insights: Systematically capture and integrate patient and caregiver perspectives to inform strategies, materials, and clinical development plans that reflect real-world needs.
  • People Leadership and Capability Building: Develop, mentor, and empower team members; cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture and scalable Medical Affairs capabilities that deliver sustained value.
