- Establish demonstration-readiness standards for assigned applications, including workflow protocols, instrument/software configuration, data quality, troubleshooting paths and acceptance criteria.
- Provide scientific leadership to global field application scientists and regional demo laboratories through technical coaching, best-practice sharing and complex workflow troubleshooting.
- Design and execute external customer evaluations and scientific collaborations with thought leaders, translating findings into new demonstration capabilities, application insights and prioritized product requirements; partner with Commercial, Product Management, Market Vertical, R&D, Technical Marketing and Quality/Regulatory teams to support strategic opportunities, improve demo cycle time and strengthen competitive win rates.

- Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8+ years; or a PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in metabolomics, lipidomics, small molecule analysis including quantitation, or related omics disciplines. Experience in quantitative small molecule bioanalysis is highly desired. Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization (CRO) environments is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) workflows for metabolomics, lipidomics, and quantitative small molecule analysis, including complex sample preparation, analytical method development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting across diverse biological matrices such as cell cultures, tissues, biofluids, and other biological sample types. Experience supporting regulated and non-regulated pharmaceutical research workflows is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience planning and delivering customer-facing scientific demonstrations or technical presentations using experimental data to address defined customer requirements.
- Experience authoring and maintaining controlled technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, protocols, benchmark methods, validation summaries or reference datasets.
- Experience working across geographically distributed commercial, applications, product-development and quality/regulatory stakeholders to translate scientific findings into technical recommendations or product requirements.
