Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.
Your role:
Provides senior-level analytical support for the Contract Implementation function, with responsibility for execution of complex contract maintenance and administration of agreements that may include Key National/Regional Accounts and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements and other non-standard agreements for assigned accounts/regions. Translation of written agreement terms into accurate in-system set-up/updates and supports contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, product launches, and market price changes. Performs audit and quality activities to verify contract set-up accuracy, adherence to pricing and compliance controls, and readiness for internal and external audit review. Drives continuous improvement through standard work, documentation, SME knowledge sharing, and analytics.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of contract maintenance work, including intake assessment, requirements clarification, and coordination with stakeholders to meet internal service level expectations.
- Independently resolve complex or non-standard contract maintenance activities; partner with Sales, Compliance, Pricing, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify options, and implement solutions. Escalate risks or policy exceptions to supervisor as appropriate.
- Execute complex contract maintenance activities, including pricing, compliance, and incentive analysis, to ensure agreement terms and pricing guidelines are maintained and aligned to best practices for in-system set-up/updates. Monitor quality and perform root-cause analysis for recurring errors.
- Own and coordinate contract lifecycle activities for assigned accounts and agreements, including renewals, amendments/restatements, product launches, and market price changes; partner with stakeholders to align requirements and timelines.
- Respond to internal/external inquiries related to contract set-up, pricing discrepancies and maintenance impacts; communicate status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders, escalating as needed.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and controls for contract maintenance; ensure documentation is current and audit-ready.
- Demonstrate speed and simplicity through process innovation: identify procedural gaps, recommend and implement improvements and efficiencies, and strengthen customer and stakeholder experience; own analytical deliverables and contribute to team, divisional, and cross-functional projects as required.
- Identify training needs and process gaps; recommend updates to job aids, training materials, and controls to improve consistency and reduce rework.
- Ensure timely progression of assigned work by proactively managing priorities, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and proactive communication with manager and stakeholders.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and test enhancements impacting contract maintenance processes and tools; support user acceptance testing and change management as needed.
- Monitor key metrics and operational performance; communicate risks, root causes, and mitigation recommendations to stakeholders and the manager.
- Own system setup audits and quality reviews for aligned Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), validating configuration accuracy, documenting findings and providing resolution.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in contract maintenance and implementation, commercial operations, pricing, finance, analytics, or related area.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle concepts (set-up, maintenance, renewals, amendments) and ability to translate agreement terms into system configurations and tangible downstream operational impacts.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Project management and prioritization skills; able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate status, findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
