Your role at Baxter

We know that a compelling employer brand is more than a message. It is the experience candidates have at every stage of their journey and the stories employees share about what it is like to work here.

As Senior Manager, Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing, you will shape how Baxter connects with talent around the world. You will set the direction for our global employer brand, as well as global and regional recruitment marketing strategies, helping Baxter stand out as an employer and attract the talent needed to advance our mission to save and sustain lives.

This is where your ideas shape how talent experiences Baxter!

  • Guide employer brand team members, agency partners and regional contributors while building a network of recruiters, leaders and employees who serve as authentic brand ambassadors.
  • Use data and insights to assess employer brand reputation, campaign effectiveness, channel performance and media investment, translating findings into recommendations and improvements.
  • Manage recruitment marketing vendor relationships, support budget planning, and develop messaging and materials for senior leaders as needed.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing or communications, including employer brand and/or recruitment marketing program leadership.
