- Partner with Threat Detection and Response leader to implement identity threat detection and response (ITDR) capabilities to continuously monitor, detect, and remediate anomalous access behaviors, credential misuse, and identity-based vulnerabilities in real time
- Drive cross-functional access governance across business, HR, and technology teams to enforce least privilege, role-based access controls (RBAC), and automated joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle workflows
- Architect resilient cloud and federated identity models across multi-cloud and hybrid infrastructures (Azure/Entra ID, GCP, Okta), standardizing single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust conditional access policies
- Lead M&A identity integration and divestiture strategies, overseeing identity carve-outs, directory consolidations, and federation separation across complex enterprise environments
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade identity products and services engineered for maximum scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability
