Compensation: The target salary for this role is budgeted between $75,000 and $80,000 per year along with a 5% bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, revise, and maintain controlled packaging quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, technical packaging performance assessments, validation summaries, test documentation, and quality records, to support compliant cold chain packaging execution, change implementation, and ongoing network readiness.

Provide technical support for network packaging changes and initiatives by assessing packaging performance, implementation readiness, and transportation requirements to help ensure alignment with regulator and industry standards and consistent cold chain execution across the distribution network.

Participate in packaging-related investigations, including temperature excursions and performance issues, by analyzing monitoring and test data using established methods, identifying potential gaps, contributing to root-cause evaluation, and developing recommended corrective or preventive actions for review.

Participate in supplier and vendor meetings by reviewing packaging materials and test data and contributing to the evaluation of proposed technology or material changes. Provide recommendations for review to support compliant and operationally feasible cold chain packaging solutions.
