  • Manage APIs and platform capabilities as products, establishing clear service definitions, documentation, adoption strategies, and performance expectations.
  • Guide modernization efforts that enable legacy and cloud-native systems to operate together while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Drive requirements for reusable communication services such as SMS, email, fax, voice, and chat capabilities.

AI Product Capabilities

  • Define and measure success metrics such as containment rates, accuracy, operational efficiency, time savings, and business impact.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, security, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions are governed, explainable, and appropriate for regulated environments.

Data Foundations

  • Collaborate with data teams to define data models, pipelines, and trusted data sources that support products, analytics, and AI initiatives.
  • Ensure privacy, security, and data-governance requirements are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.

Ways of Working

  • Operate within a SAFe environment by authoring epics, features, and user stories while actively participating in PI Planning and dependency management.
  • Represent product priorities in architecture and governance reviews, translating technical decisions into business outcomes.

  • Strong product discovery, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, and agile delivery experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated use of data and analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and product management practices.

Preferred Skills
