Position Overview

The Product Manager, Care Delivery, GU will partner with the Product Director and Group Product Director to execute care delivery initiatives across the GU portfolio. This individual contributor will manage assigned tactics and projects, coordinate development and deployment of approved resources, and support team operations that enable timely, consistent execution. The role translates established priorities into practical deliverables that help address account-level operational barriers and support appropriate adoption and patient access.

Working with Brand Marketing, Account Management, Field Sales, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, training teams, and agency partners, the Product Manager will support current-indication initiatives and future launch readiness. The role owns day-to-day delivery of assigned work within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets, escalating decisions on strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional risks to the Product Director or Group Product Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned GU Care Delivery tactics and projects, translating direction from the Product Director and Group Product Director into deliverables, detailed timelines, and coordinated implementation plans.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including meeting agendas, action and decision logs, project trackers, shared calendars, and document repositories; follow up on commitments and flag delays or dependencies.
  • Coordinate development and updates of care delivery tools, workflow resources, and field materials with agencies and internal partners, managing briefs, review submissions, feedback consolidation, and version control through appropriate approval processes.
  • Coordinate deployment and maintenance of approved resources through designated field channels and systems, including Veeva CRM where applicable; track availability, updates, production needs, and retirement of outdated materials in accordance with established processes.
  • Support launch and indication-expansion readiness by maintaining assigned workstream trackers, collecting status updates and readiness evidence, preparing meeting materials, and escalating gaps to the Product Director.
  • Support field activation with Account Management and training partners by coordinating training content, meeting logistics, communications, and approved-resource distribution for KAMs, UBAMs, and other relevant field teams.
  • Coordinate customer and field feedback collection and pilot logistics with relevant partners; summarize workflow barriers, implementation learnings, and resource needs to inform refinements.
  • Maintain dashboards and routine reporting against established readiness, resource utilization, and implementation measures; identify execution issues and recommend tactical improvements.
  • Support budget and vendor administration, including purchase-order and invoice tracking, spend reconciliation with Finance, and monitoring agency deliverables against approved scope; escalate variances and approval needs.
