This individual contributor will work closely with Brand, Account Management, Field Sales, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners to uncover relevant customer insights, address access and operational barriers to optimal utilization, and develop and deploy scalable solutions that support adoption, care delivery, and pull through. The position is an individual contributor role and will report to the Group Product Director, Care Delivery, GU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Group Product Director to shape GU Care Delivery strategy and own execution of priority initiatives across customer segments, translating strategy into scalable solutions that address account-level operational barriers and support appropriate adoption and patient access.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, field, and market insights to inform solution design, grounding initiatives in customer workflows and systems, access requirements, capacity constraints, and operational realities.
  • Lead the care delivery workstream for priority launches and indication expansions, including future GU launches beginning in 2027; maintain an integrated readiness plan with defined owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions, and contribute care delivery assessments to launch governance.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Marketing, Account Management, PECS, SIA, SCG, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other partners, aligning responsibilities, resolving dependencies, and ensuring follow-through while respecting functional decision rights.
  • Lead development, appropriate review and approval, deployment, and lifecycle management of care delivery tools and resources supporting the current indication and future GU launches, partnering with relevant functions to ensure availability through approved field channels and systems.
  • Establish measures of readiness, adoption, and implementation effectiveness; track progress and use pilot results, customer feedback, and field insights to recommend which solutions to scale, refine, or discontinue and inform Care Delivery priorities.
  • Enable field activation in partnership with Account Management and relevant training teams, equipping KAMs, UBAMs, and other field partners with approved resources, training, and best practices to support consistent utilization and execution across priority accounts and customer segments.
