- Lead the establishment of Tier Meetings, Visual Management boards, and Continuous Improvement (CI) routines to drive operational alignment with the site's Compelling Business Needs (CBNs).
- Promote Leader Standard Work through Gemba walks, layered coaching, and process confirmation to sustain long-term COS integration.
- Conduct COS Maturity Assessments to ensure continuous progress in COS adoption and improvement.
Continuous Improvement and Change Management:
- Act as an OE Change Manager, Role Model, Coach, and Mentor to inspire and sustain the COS at all organizational levels.
- Coordinate a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring alignment with COS objectives to sustain and enhance business performance.
- Lead and/or coach complex CI projects and problem-solving workshops, using structured Lean Six Sigma approaches.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Support the development of COS and Lean Six Sigma training materials for both the site(s) and network.
- Deliver CI training and coaching to drive certification, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Share Smart Practices across the Holly Springs CSL Seqirus site and the broader CSL global network.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Economics / Life Science / Data Science / Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant Operational Excellence experience, with a proven track record in:
- Leading OE transformational change programs (experience with production systems implementation preferred).
- LEAN shop floor management and CI methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification preferred) with hands-on project experience.
- Managing and reporting in a matrixed, highly regulated environment (Pharmaceutical industry and GxP experience preferred).
