National Oncology Sales Training Manager

What you will do

In this high-impact role, you will lead a team of six Oncology Sales Training Managers and shape the New Hire and Advanced Training curricula for Amgen’s U.S. Oncology Business Unit. You’ll partner with brand and sales leaders across the portfolio to turn business priorities into innovative, engaging training for product launches, semester meetings, and regional initiatives including latest adult learning principles and evolving technologies.

Success requires a curious, collaborative leader who listens closely to field and business needs, brings forward fresh ideas, and supports the growth of the team. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll set priorities across multiple projects, manage timelines and communication, and use sound independent judgment. You’ll understand who owns each decision, involve the right partners, and keep stakeholders informed so work moves forward with speed, clarity and shared accountability.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of the U.S. oncology landscape, including health systems, account management, and the evolving needs of field teams. This perspective will help you build trusted partnerships and ensure training prepares teams to meet evolving customer and business needs.

This is a U.S.-based field leadership position reporting to the Director of Sales Training, U.S. Oncology Business Unit.
