Summary

The Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation will support growth of the VELYS Spine platform by translating surgeon, customer, sales, and market insights into effective downstream marketing programs. This role will lead defined commercial workstreams for North America, including launch execution, demand generation, field enablement, customer engagement, and go-to-market messaging, while collaborating with global and regional partners to support consistent execution.

• Execute North America commercialization plans that support adoption, utilization, and revenue objectives.
• Lead defined launch, demand-generation, and field-enablement workstreams for VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation.
• Gather surgeon, customer, sales, and market insights to inform positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities.
• Partner across Sales, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to deliver assigned commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance and recommend actions to strengthen execution and support portfolio growth.

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation, located in Raynham, MA. This position will require approximately 30–40% travel.

The Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation will execute downstream marketing strategy for North America while providing North America insights to global partners. This individual will develop commercialization plans, lead assigned launch workstreams, generate demand, and equip sales teams to drive adoption and utilization. The manager will support pricing, contracting, forecasting, and supply planning in partnership with the appropriate functional owners. The manager will collaborate closely with surgeons, customers, sales consultants, and regional marketing teams to gather insights, strengthen product positioning, and deliver customer-facing programs, demonstrations, education, events, and communications.

The Downstream Marketing Manager, VELYS Spine Active Robotics and Navigation will report to the Director, Global VELYS Spine Downstream Marketing.

Responsibilities Include

• Build strong relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders through advisory boards, Voice of Customer programs, labs, customer visits, and society meetings.

• Execute North America commercialization plans aligned with global strategy to support revenue growth, adoption, and utilization goals.
• Lead assigned launch planning and execution workstreams, including launch readiness, customer evaluations, product demonstrations, training, and post-launch performance management.

• Collaborate with Education, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and R&D to remove barriers and deliver commercial objectives.

• Translate customer, clinical, sales, and market insights into clear product positioning, messaging, commercial priorities, and portfolio recommendations for consideration by portfolio and business leaders.
• Contribute to annual business planning and manage assigned marketing inputs, while supporting pricing, contracting, forecasting, inventory, and supply coordination in partnership with functional owners.
