Key Responsibilities

- Provide capacity, utilization, and supply risk analysis for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Supply Review, and Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) processes.
- Identify future capacity gaps, risks, and opportunities, and develop analytical recommendations for sourcing, productivity, technology, and capital alternatives.
- Develop and maintain capacity models, scenario analyses, and planning tools that support business decision-making.
- Support probabilistic modeling and Monte Carlo simulations used to quantify capacity risk and evaluate potential outcomes.
- Assist with capital planning analyses for new manufacturing lines, capacity expansions, and network investments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including utilization, Lenses Per Shift (LPS), downtime, production attainment, inventory entitlement, and capacity realization.
- Support tracking of new manufacturing line qualification (PQ) milestones, ramp-up assumptions, risks, and expected capacity delivery.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that improve visibility to capacity performance, supply risks, and capital readiness.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Technology teams to align planning assumptions and support cross-functional planning activities.
- Support continuous improvement of capacity planning processes, data quality, analytics, and digital tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related function.
- Experience supporting IBP, Supply Review, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), capacity planning, or long-range planning processes.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with capacity modeling, utilization analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
