Position Summary

The Finance Manager, Sales Finance provides centralized financial support across the AC business, helping strengthen reporting, analytics, planning, and execution of initiatives that span multiple regions or the broader sales organization.

The role serves as a connector across Sales Finance, helping create consistent and scalable approaches to financial analysis and reporting while supporting special projects and strategic priorities that extend beyond an individual region.

Key Responsibilities

AC Financial Reporting & Analytics

  • Support consolidated financial reporting and analysis across the AC business.
  • Develop clear insights into revenue, gross profit, margin, customer performance, and other key commercial drivers.
  • Consolidate regional perspectives to provide a broader view of AC performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Help evolve reporting from primarily explaining financial results to identifying the business drivers behind performance.

Forecasting & Planning Support

  • Support AC forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
  • Consolidate regional inputs and help ensure assumptions are consistent, complete, and financially sound.
  • Analyze forecast changes and provide visibility to the primary drivers of performance.
  • Help improve the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of Sales Finance planning processes.

Cross-AC Initiatives & Special Projects

  • Provide finance support for projects and initiatives that span multiple AC regions or the overall business.
  • Develop financial analyses, scenarios, and business cases to support commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Finance, Sales leadership, and other cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into measurable financial outcomes.
  • Support ad hoc analysis on emerging business opportunities, performance issues, and leadership priorities.

Sales Finance Enablement

  • Develop standardized tools, reporting, and analytical approaches that can be leveraged across the Sales Finance organization.
  • Help improve consistency in how performance is measured, analyzed, and communicated across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify recurring reporting and analytical processes so finance can spend more time on insights and decision support.
  • Serve as a central resource for analyses and initiatives that are more effectively performed once across AC rather than independently within each region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or related financial analysis roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with enterprise reporting and visualization tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in a complex or matrixed commercial organization preferred.
