We are seeking a deeply experienced Theranostics leader to serve as a domain expert within our national healthcare advisory team. Working alongside experienced strategy and operations consultants, this individual will help health systems design, launch, scale, and optimize Theranostics programs and associated oncology care pathways.

The successful candidate will bring credible, hands-on understanding of radiopharmaceutical therapy, molecular imaging, multidisciplinary care delivery, and the operational, regulatory, and financial requirements of successful Theranostics programs. This expert-practitioner will translate deep domain knowledge into executive-level strategies, practical recommendations, and implementation road maps that create measurable customer value.

  • Facilitate executive and physician working sessions that build alignment and support informed decision-making.
  • Integrate clinical, operational, strategic, and financial considerations to support complex health system decisions.
  • Structure engagements and deliver executive-quality analyses, recommendations, and implementation plans.
  • Manage projects with rigor and risk management to deliver on-time and on-budget.

Practice and Market Development

  • Contribute Theranostics and Molecular Imaging expertise to the continued development and improvement of Strategic Advisory Services capabilities and client work.
  • Support business development through customer discovery, engagement scoping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to relevant thought leadership, professional forums, and relationships within the Theranostics community.
  • Collaborate across GE HealthCare and contribute Theranostics and molecular imaging expertise to broader oncology and adjacent care-transformation engagements, as appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships with health system executives, physicians, clinical leaders, and industry stakeholders.
  • Contribute to market research, conference presentations, articles, white papers, executive briefings, and other thought-leadership activities.
  • Represent Strategic Advisory Services in relevant customer, professional, and industry forums.

Required Qualifications

  • Substantial direct experience designing, launching, operating, expanding, or optimizing a Theranostics or radiopharmaceutical therapy program.
  • Deep understanding of the Theranostics patient journey and the clinical, operational, regulatory, infrastructure, facility, staffing, and financial requirements of successful program delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives, physicians, and cross-functional health system leaders with credibility.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and operational issues into structured analyses, executive-level recommendations, and actionable plans.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity, organizational change, and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with healthcare data, and able to find impactful insights in complex data sets.
