Internal Development – Lead solution design and development leveraging business requirements cycles (BRD) to meet future business and system needs.

This role will interact with the user community, global finance leaders, upper management of various departments, Information Technology, Internal and External auditors, contract consultants, and vendor partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide direction and oversight in the management and coordination of Budget, close, forecast and Restatement data loads.
- Lead and facilitate the global financial close consolidation process, working with External Reporting, financial business leaders, and Corporate Financial Analysis teams to bring monthly and quarterly financial close processes to completion.
- Participate in and provide recommendations regarding changes in strategic architecture metadata structure, in support of acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and other re-organizational changes, for the purpose of determining appropriate hierarchical reporting design.
- Direct and oversee the team in planning and preparing the system for routine and scheduled events, such as downtime metadata changes and monthly maintenance, following standard formulated documented process, establish financial, change management and security controls for the department to govern by and align internal and 3rd party audit requirements.
- Provide leadership and decision-making on matters of urgency regarding system and data errors or failures.
- Oversee the management and performance of routine system data integrity check and review processes to monitor data accuracy across systems and support Pod-to-Pod integrations.
- Provide direction and oversight for EPM Systems onboarding activities, including integration solutions for newly acquired entities in conjunction with other corporate teams and business finance leads.
- Lead short- and long-term planning for system enhancements and application suite needs, and direct system optimization analysis efforts to identify and implement efficiency measures.
