Are you early in your maintenance career and looking for an opportunity where you can build your technical skills, solve different problems every day, and grow with McKesson?
McKesson's Central Fill Pharmacy in Spring, Texas is seeking an Associate Facilities Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a highly automated pharmaceutical environment where conveyors, prescription-filling equipment, electrical components, mechanical systems, computers, and other equipment all work together to keep operations moving.
We're looking for someone with strong foundational mechanical and electrical knowledge, basic PLC knowledge, and the curiosity to figure things out. You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you our equipment, processes, and the McKesson way of doing things.
What matters is how you approach a problem. When something unfamiliar breaks and there isn't an obvious answer, you're willing to investigate, research possible solutions, ask the right questions, and keep troubleshooting rather than simply stopping because the problem is new.
If you're flexible, mechanically curious, comfortable learning new technology, and looking for a place where you can continue developing your skills while building a career with McKesson, this could be an excellent next step.
