Can you rapidly spot the signal in the noise, select the right research approach, and influence senior leaders with crisp, actionable recommendations? If so, you will play a pivotal role in steering a high-profile portfolio and mentoring the next wave of insights talent.
Accountabilities:
• Insight Strategy and Prioritization: Identify the highest-impact insight gaps and build integrated research and analysis plans that directly shape brand strategy, in close partnership with forecasting and analytics.

• Performance and KPI Ownership: Lead insights metrics and tracking for the brand (e.g., ATU, Chart Audit), acting as the voice of HCPs and consumers and tying metrics to decisions.
• Integrated Insight Synthesis: Weave together cross-indication research, secondary analysis, and analytics outputs into a single, coherent insights story; incorporate key inputs from Global, Medical, and Precision Medicine.
• Senior Stakeholder Alignment: Align with senior stakeholders, including the US Franchise VP, on insight priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.
• Storytelling and Influence: Build concise, compelling reports and presentations that spotlight actionable insights and clear options, influencing laterally and vertically.
