This is an M2 people-leader opportunity to lead three direct reports and shape the strategy, operating model, and execution of the Field Reimbursement Manager organization across the full Oncology portfolio.

This leader will operate at the intersection of portfolio strategy, launch readiness, access and reimbursement, analytics, technology, and field execution. Working closely with brand, market access, Patient Experience, analytics, technology, and field leaders, this individual will translate complex business priorities into clear strategies and scalable solutions that strengthen customer experience, remove access barriers, and help patients start and stay on J&J Oncology therapies.

The ideal candidate is a portfolio minded leader who combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution, develops exceptional talent, and can influence across a complex matrix to deliver measurable results.

  • Launch Strategy & Field Readiness: Lead FRM strategy for new brands and indications, including objectives, stakeholder targeting, priority-account criteria, field roles, training and ways of working with cross-functional partners. Translate launch plans into clear, compliant and executable field actions, and use field feedback to continuously strengthen readiness and execution.
  • Insights, Measurement & Technology Enablement: Define how FRM impact is measured and use customer, market, competitive and field insights to inform strategy, prioritization and execution. Guide dashboards, reach and fulfillment measures, AI-enabled targeting, CRM and other technology capabilities; convert data into decisions and establish feedback loops that improve field effectiveness.
  • Capability Building & Field Excellence: Set the capability agenda for the Oncology FRM organization and oversee national meetings, launch and ongoing training, account-archetype work, conference strategy and best-practice sharing. Reinforce role clarity and compliant ways of working while equipping FRMs with practical tools and capabilities that strengthen customer engagement and execution.
  • People Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead, coach and develop three direct reports with distinct areas of expertise. Set priorities, manage capacity, create accountability and build succession strength while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture that encourages collaboration, thoughtful experimentation and continuous improvement.
