Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned global demand analytics reports, dashboards, metrics, and self-service capabilities.
  • Lead the investigation of complex data, system, and reporting issues; identify root causes, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and implement sustainable controls.
  • Translate business questions and planning needs into scalable analytical requirements, data definitions, visualizations, and decision-support solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional reporting and process-improvement initiatives with Global Planning Excellence (GPEx), technology teams, and other partners from requirements through testing, deployment, adoption, and stabilization.
  • Partner with Regional Demand & Supply (RD&S) leaders and planners to prioritize current and future reporting needs, align solutions across regions, and influence adoption of global standards.
  • Own the end-to-end demand planning process for an assigned global brand or similarly complex portfolio, providing forward-looking analysis of forecast changes, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and scenarios.
  • Lead advanced statistical forecasting analyses, evaluate model performance, recommend improvements, and drive proper use of statistical forecasts and exception-based planning.
  • Establish reporting standards, controls, documentation, and communication approaches that improve data quality, consistency, timeliness, and user experience.
  • Develop and deliver training, facilitate working sessions, and provide expert guidance to planners and business partners on analytics tools, metrics, and processes.
  • Lead projects or workstreams, manage priorities and timelines, anticipate risks and dependencies, and communicate recommendations and decisions to functional leadership.
  • Coach and provide technical guidance to analysts and project contributors; review work products and promote reusable methods and guidelines without formal people-management accountability.
  • Evaluate emerging analytics, automation, machine learning, and generative AI capabilities and recommend practical applications that improve demand planning effectiveness.
