Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem.
We’re looking for an Associate of Sales Operations & Analytics to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
The Sales Operations & Analytics function sits within the Revenue Operations team at Flatiron. Revenue Operations acts as the partner to revenue leaders at Flatiron for Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Incentive Compensation, Deal Desk, and Order Management across the company. We’re nimble problem solvers that love working with stakeholders to scope and solve business problems, and continually work to make processes and tools more efficient and easier to use.
As the Associate, Sales Operations & Analytics, you’ll help build the sales processes, insights, and tools that allow our Commercial team to operate more effectively. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Deal Desk to make our GTM motion more data-driven, scalable, and easier for sellers to use. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, and ways of working. You will help drive solutions from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Identify friction points and refine current workflows to simplify how the sales team interacts with Salesforce and other tools in the sales stack
- Implement and oversee sales pipeline management processes to ensure data integrity for accurate forecasting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide sellers and leadership with insight into the performance of the business and areas of opportunity
- Analyze sales data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform leadership decisions, while also serving as the primary point of contact for cross-functional reporting and ad-hoc data requests
- Create documentation and materials that help our commercial team understand what is changing, and why
Who You Are
You're a strategic thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving and a pragmatic sense for how to get things done. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative team player who seeks and gives candid feedback, and values the chance to make an important impact.
We know great candidates don’t always check every box. If this role excites you and you believe you could do amazing work here, even if you don’t have experience with everything listed, we encourage you to apply!
- You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or related function
- You are passionate about business process improvement
- You have excellent analytical skills and are able to break down complex data into clear and actionable insights
- You have a high attention to detail and strive to continuously improve data quality and processes
- You have strong communications skills, with the ability to synthesize, simplify and explain complex problems to different types of audiences
- You have demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- You are action and results oriented, with demonstrated ability to make things happen
Extra credit
- You have experience working with Sales Systems (including Salesforce, Clay, Looker)
Where you’ll work
In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. For more information on our approach to hybrid work, please visit the how we work website.
