The Sales Enablement Analyst is a key analytical partner responsible for translating data into actionable insights that support Sales Enablement strategy and field execution. This role operates nationally, partnering closely with the Director of Sales Enablement to support Sales Leadership requests, strategic priorities, reporting needs, and business initiatives. This role also works directly with Sales Enablement Advisors, who are aligned to specific geographic areas, providing individualized analytical support to help each Advisor understand market performance, identify opportunities, prioritize activity, and meet the needs of their field partners. This role combines strong analytical and business intelligence capabilities with a consultative approach, connecting national strategy to market-level execution and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Sales Enablement organization.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in close collaboration with the Director of Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership to design tools, analyses, reporting, and insights that support national business priorities and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary analytical partner to Sales Enablement Advisors, providing individualized support based on the needs, opportunities, and priorities within each Advisor’s aligned geography.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, helping Advisors and leadership understand not only what is occurring, but where opportunities exist and what actions may be taken.
  • Create and improve data visualization tools and reporting solutions that enable Sales Enablement Advisors and Sales Leadership to more effectively monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover market opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive analyses across markets to identify trends, gaps, outliers, and opportunities related to referral networks, customer engagement, market development, and field execution.
  • Support recurring and ad hoc requests from Sales Leadership while balancing ongoing analytical needs from individual Sales Enablement Advisors.
  • Partner with Advisors to define analytical needs, evaluate market opportunities, prioritize areas of focus, and measure the impact of Sales Enablement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to vet ideas, prioritize analytical projects, and design scalable solutions that maximize impact across the Sales Enablement organization.
  • Serve as a business intelligence subject-matter expert for the Sales Enablement team, helping stakeholders effectively utilize available reporting, dashboards, and data resources.
  • Bring forward opportunities to improve reporting, data visibility, processes, and analytical capabilities rather than relying solely on incoming requests.
  • Conduct appropriate analyses of existing data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities and communicate findings in a concise, actionable manner.
  • Support the development of leadership presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates by providing accurate data, meaningful insights, and clear visualizations.
  • Manage multiple analytical projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously, ensuring appropriate prioritization, communication, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Growth Operations, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data, reporting, and business priorities.

QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Document product and therapy related field reports within the prescribed timelines and provide any necessary documents required to complete the investigation. Provide follow-up reporting as needed.
  • Complete training requirements and competency confirmations as required for this position within the required timeline.
  • Comply with applicable quality system procedures/policies and make suggestions for continuous process improvement.
