At IVX Health, we believe great decisions start with great data. We’re looking for an HR Analyst who is naturally curious, loves digging into the details, and can turn complex workforce data into insights that help our people and our business thrive.
As part of our People Operations team, you’ll work across HR analytics, compensation, reporting, and HR systems, partnering closely with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders. You’ll help us understand workforce trends, evaluate compensation, strengthen our reporting capabilities, and make sure the data behind important people decisions is accurate and meaningful.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants to build broad expertise, take ownership of meaningful work, and see the impact of their analysis across the organization.
What You Will Do
Compensation Analysis & Support
- Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using external survey sources and labor market data.
- Analyze salary structures, pay ranges, and employee compensation to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes.
- Assist with job evaluations and market assessments for new and existing positions.
- Prepare thoughtful, data-driven compensation analyses and recommendations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Monitor compensation trends and identify potential pay equity concerns or market-related gaps.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders to ensure accurate monthly commission and incentive calculations, validations, and payouts.
- Manage compensation plan documentation, version control, and distribution of plan materials and statements to eligible employees.
- Look for ways to make compensation administration more efficient through automation, stronger controls, and enhanced reporting.
HR Analytics, Reporting & Systems
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards across headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, diversity, compensation, engagement, and other key workforce metrics.
- Dig into workforce data to uncover trends and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- Partner with HR leadership to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create meaningful dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations that make complex information easy to understand.
- Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and reporting platforms through regular audits, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support the day-to-day administration of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain system functionality, configurations, and user access and help resolve system issues.
- Support system updates, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and identify opportunities to continuously improve HR processes, reporting, and data quality.
- Produce accurate workforce, recruiting, compensation, and learning data for HR and business leaders.
