About the Role

The Clinical Support Liaison, LPN partners closely with referring providers, internal clinical teams, and Business Development Managers to support seamless patient transitions into IVX care. This role leverages clinical expertise to ensure documentation accuracy, authorization readiness, and high-quality provider and patient experiences.

This position is well-suited for a nurse who enjoys care coordination, provider collaboration, and using clinical judgment outside of direct bedside care.

What You’ll Do

Clinical & Provider Support

• Serve as a clinical point of contact for referring providers and internal teams.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams at partner accounts.
• Review and interpret clinical documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Continuity of Care & Authorization Support

• Coordinate and validate clinical documentation required for authorizations.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in clinical records and work with providers to resolve them.
• Manage a portfolio of patients through referral, authorization, and treatment initiation.
• Support complex clinical questions related to infusion therapies and patient readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Business Development Managers to support account planning and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Prior Authorization, Pre-Registration, Field Operations, and clinical teams.
• Provide clinical insights that help improve workflows, outcomes, and provider engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• 3+ years of clinical or healthcare experience (infusion, care coordination, or prior authorization preferred).
• Strong clinical literacy and comfort reviewing medical records and clinical notes.
• Experience using EMR systems such as Epic, Athena, or similar platforms.

• Professional, confident communication with providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.

Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company-provided benefits.

$25—$32 USD
